Main Character Labs (Main Character Molecules LLC)
By accessing MainCharLabs.com or placing an order,
you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Research Use Only — eligibility
All products sold by Main Character Molecules LLC are sold strictly for
laboratory and research purposes only. They are NOT for human or animal
consumption, ingestion, injection, or any in-vivo or clinical use, and
are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. Nothing on
this site is medical advice or a claim of any therapeutic, diagnostic,
or health benefit.
By ordering, you represent and warrant that:
You are a qualified researcher, institution, or business, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
You will use the products solely for lawful research and will not resell, distribute, or use them for human/animal consumption.
You take full responsibility for safe, lawful handling, storage, and disposal in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. No medical claims
We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any human or animal use. Any misuse is solely the buyer’s responsibility. You assume all risk arising from handling or use of the products.
3. Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected resale-for-consumption or fraud.
4. Payment & processing fees
Payment is due at checkout via our accepted methods (card, crypto, or other listed options).
Any payment-related discount or fee shown at checkout (e.g. a discount for crypto payment) will be displayed before you complete your order.
5. Returns, replacements, and lost packages
Sales are final and non-refundable. Verified fulfillment errors or damage are addressed by replacement only. Lost-package handling depends on carrier confirmation and optional shipping protection. See our Return Policy, Replacement Policy, and Lost Package Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.
6. Shipping
Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance (subject to optional Shipping Protection). You are responsible for providing an accurate address; we are not liable for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
7. Compliance & lawful use
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. You will not import, export, or use the products in violation of any law or regulation. Title and responsibility transfer to you upon delivery.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Main Character Molecules LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Main Character Molecules LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use, handling, resale, or misuse of the products, or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
